Can I buy?

Is there a minimum order?
No. You can buy whatever you need with no minimum order quantity.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Shipping time is 24-48 hours on working days, with the TIPSA transport agency.
Orders received on a working day before 2:00 p.m. are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped the next working day.
For shipments outside the peninsula or Balearic Islands, shipping time is usually longer, 4/5 days. Ask for more information.
*Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. Holidays in the place of origin must also be taken into account.
Are there shipping costs?
For orders over €100.00 to mainland Spain, shipping is free.
What payment methods are available?
Payment for your order can be made by bank card or bizum. If you require other payment methods, please consult the conditions with your sales associate.
How to make a return?
To request a return, it is important that the product has not been manipulated or used.
To do so, you must contact your responsible sales representative or the April et Nature customer service website, via chat, WhatsApp or contact phone 628365574.
*Shipping to our facilities is at the customer's expense.
Once the package has been received, it will be verified that the products are in perfect condition and the purchase will be refunded, except for shipping and handling costs.
Where can I request an invoice for my order?
To request an invoice for your order, please contact administration directly at the email address pedidos@abriletnature.com or by calling the office at 935405058.
What happens if I receive my order incomplete, damaged or incorrect?
Contact us directly via the customer service WhatsApp web 628365574, provide customer information, order reference number and provide images of how it arrived, the damaged part or which product has not arrived.
Or contact your sales associate directly to start the claim.
I don't have a sales representative, how do I contact them?
If you do not have an associated sales representative, contact April et Nature directly at 935405058 and request a visit and assignment of a sales representative for the area.
I have not received the password reset email. What can I do?
Contact the web customer service on WhatsApp at 628365574 so they can check the status of your account and reset your customer account password. Provide your customer email so we can identify you.
