Payment, Shipping and Returns
Order Payment
At abril et nature, we offer several payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best:
- Virtual POS: Accepts most common cards through a secure server. No additional charges.
- Bizum: A code is generated that you must enter in the Bizum app. No additional charges.
Shipment
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Portugal and France.
Mainland Spain
- Shipping cost: €3.50 for orders up to €99.99 (VAT included).
- Free shipping: Orders of €100 or more (VAT included).
- Delivery times: Packages shipped via courier within 24/48 hours. Occasionally, delivery may take 48/72 hours.
The Balearic Islands
- Shipping cost: €7.80 for orders up to €144.99 (VAT included).
- Free shipping: Orders of €145 or more (VAT included).
- Delivery times: Standard service; orders may take up to 5 business days to arrive.
Note: Orders received before 1:30 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders received after that time will be processed the next business day.
Returns

Returns due to error or poor condition
If the return is due to defective products or a shipping error, abril et nature will send the correct products and arrange for collection at no cost to you.
Returns for other reasons
- The products must be unused and in perfect condition.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the package is received, the condition of the products will be verified and the refund will be issued, excluding shipping and handling costs..
Important: If the return is handled by abril et nature, or the package is not collected by the customer, the round-trip shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
